We’ll start the evening with sparkling wine and appetizers. Chef Charles Paladin Wayne will be dazzling us with four delicious courses, each paired with an award-winning Pomar Junction wine.

Ring in 2020 with an unforgettable dinner in the Merrill Family Estate Wine Cellar at 7:00PM, Tuesday December 31st. Chef Thomas Drahos and Chef Spencer Johnston of Danior Kitchen will be preparing an elegant four course meal, each paired with a Pomar Junction wine. The evening will begin with a sparkling wine reception and oysters. After dinner, the Merrill family will be opening their home for a countdown after-party. Dance, play games and watch the ball drop as we toast to the New Year.
