Shipping Policy

• By placing an order you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and the product ordered is for your personal use only and not for resale or trade.
• An adult must be present at delivery to sign for the wines. Shippers are not permitted to leave packages without obtaining an adult signature. We recommend using a business address if you are not home between the hours of 10AM and 5PM.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct pricing errors.
• Due to State and Federal laws we can only ship orders to addresses in the following states: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
